Women who Run with the Wolves

Mandala, Circles of
Healing

The circle has been one of culture's most powerful symbols of wholeness since time immemorial. The mandala, or "sacred circle" in Sanskrit, is an aid to meditation and springs from an ancient eastern tradition, which Carl Jung brought to the west as a tool for self-discovery.

Join us for an introductory day of mandala discovery and exploration.

  • Experience the enrichment of creative self discovery and deepen your connection with yourself.
  • Beginning with warm-up painting exercises, we will use the circle form--or Mandala--to help us learn more about ourselves and become more centered.
  • Painting, drawing, collage are some of the media we will choose from to explore the rich world of the Mandala
Offered as part of the Women who Run with Wolves 2007-2008 series:

Dates to be provided.
